Despite the heavy English rain, The Luton Arts Festival (hosted by Natalie Leonna in conjunction with Luton council) was a Huge Success!!! It featured some of Rhea Modelling's Finest.

Models wore clothing by designers including:

(Who all have a clothing range in department store, Debenhams)
